The back-office billing support manager will be responsible for sending out all weekly invoices to clients and will report directly to the A/R manager and Controller.  

General Duties

  • Ensures all weekly invoices are sent out in a timely manner to the correct client contacts.

  • Entering all employee hours worked into client’s software (If necessary) to ensure payment is received in timely manner.

  • Reconciling weekly invoices to hour amounts paid to employees

  • Assists other support personnel with administrative tasks

  • Ability to effectively communicate billing discrepancies to clients and support staff

  • Verifies time sheets are accurate with other recruiters/admins in all offices.

  • Responsible for weekly billing amounts to be used in profitability reports

  • Conduct and set up any client meetings necessary to ensure smooth weekly billing operations.

  • Ability to work independently to improve processes and inefficiencies in the weekly billing process (If necessary).

Education & Experience

  • BSBA in Accounting from an accredited university.

  • Strong understanding of general business practices and GAAP.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Outlook, Excel.

  • Prior Quickbooks knowledge a plus but not mandatory.
