Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle Customer Service issues via email, and phone.
* Proactively provide timely responses to all customer request including: product information, tracking, pricing, availability and orders, and manage process to ensure timely shipments via email and phone
* Perform customer service admin duties to facilitate repair and return process, opening service tickets, verifying warranty information, communicating with technicians, providing detailed instructions to customers about the repair/return process

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, PowerPoint) with an emphasis on Excel, QuickBooks knowledge and skills desired

* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
* At least 2~3 years of experience in administrative, data entry, invoicing, customer support organization
* Possesses high degree of professionalism, patience, and a good team player
