Position Overview
This positions primary focus will be providing site support in all aspects of the site facilities requirements relating to equipment repair, preventative maintenance, inspections, and various site activity assistance requests. Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor all life safety systems and facility monitoring systems; report alarms and maintain temperature, humidity and TOC in all critical manufacturing areas within specifications.
  • Perform building maintenance: replace damaged tiles, filters, repairs, plumbing painting, fixtures, etc.
  • Maintain building grounds, roofs, equipment pad, and ensures the E&M rooms are in clean condition and orderly manner
  • Setup cubicles, voicemail, phones, and badge access
  • Plan, prioritize and complete assigned tasks and work request promptly
  • Document and maintain all work records


Job Requirements:
  • HS diploma or equivalent required, AA degree or HVAC certification preferred
  • Two to three years working experience as a facilities technician in a semiconductor, pharmaceutical or biotech industry required
  • Ability to follow basic instructions
  • Ability to be a team player and work independently
  • Follow all safety procedures or guidelines

    Job Description
    • Reads blueprints, schematics, and technical orders to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations.
    • Solders and bolts electrical and electronic components in specified location on assembly.
    • Connects wires to specified terminals following diagrams, wire lists, and color codes.
    • Verifies dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications.
    • Measures diameter of holes and other dimensions of housing assemblies.
    • Fits parts together and installs them in housings and aligns parts to ensure smooth operation of mechanical parts.
    • Test operates electrical and mechanical assemblies and adjusts controls to synchronize operation.

    Under supervision of pre press manager and section leader.
    Responsible for mounting, proofing, and assisting press operators with under laying in the press.
    Make sure safe work practices are followed.

    Essential Functions:
    1. Lay out and mount any job for the press department. This includes helping press operators underlay plates, adjust registration, and fix plate lifts in the presses when required.
    2. Make sure plates are in good enough condition to print a job with. If not, inform the prepress manager. If he or she is not available, inform another member of management.
    3. Follow instructions on the job envelope. If there are any questions, ask a section leader. If he or she is not available ask another member of management.
    4. Using the sample or art provided and instructions on the job envelope, proofread each cylinder as you mount. You are to have another mounter, section leader, or a member of management double check each order before taking job off the mounter.
    5. Follow the job schedule, and Priority Board. Where there are any questions about the schedule, direct them to a section leader. If he or she is not available direct them to a member of management.
    6. Fill out production reports, and enter production in to Toriflex.
    7. Assist in the training of department personnel.

    Addition Responsibilities:
    1. Provide help in other areas of the factory as needed.
    2. Work overtime required to meet department needs.
    3. Help other mounters if need arises.
    4. Responsible for reporting any food safety issues

    • Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
    • Perform functional testing of the product base on automated/semi-automated test stations.
    • Perform in process and final visual inspection and packing of products.
    • Follows methods and sequence of operations according to work instructions.
    • Inspects quality and completeness of assembly and test steps.
    • Records data either in the computer or spreadsheet, or DHR/traveler and print test report.

    • Print in process labels as per process instruction

    Reports To: Head of Pack Fulfillment

    Primary Responsibilities
    As a Pack Supervisor, you will oversee the flow of pack fulfillment operations. This position supervises a large team of 30-50 hourly staff members, as well as 4-6 hourly shift leads. It is the responsibility of this supervisor to ensure meals are packed efficiently, in a timely and accurate manner and that quality control is being managed at all times. This position oversees the box return and recycle program. The Pack Supervisor is responsible for adhering to the budget set for the pack department.

    Typical Work Week:
    Approximately 40 hours per week: Shifts may vary, Will be working weekends

    Position Responsibilities:
    1. Implement policies and procedures for the Receiving Department.
    2. Communicate updates, projects and procedure changes with all pack team members on a regular basis.
    3. Maintain safe, organized and clean pack and processing rooms.
    4. Follow all occupational and food safety guidelines.
    5. Mentor and guide all shift leads, developing their skills as leaders and adding support when needed.
    6. Update all appropriate department logs, including daily reporting to department heads on cycle progress.
    7. Be the first line of quality control for food & packaging products coming into the pack room. Having a primary quality focus on all perishable goods.
    8. Ensure that returned boxes are processed in a timely and sanitary manner, according to policy.
    9. Partner with the quality assurance team, correcting errors immediately and in a positive manner.
    10. Manage inventory levels in the pack rooms.
    11. Manage proper rotation and storage. Make sure products are being used on a FIFO basis. Ensure products are stored in the correct rooms. Ie: (1) tomatoes do NOT get stored in the vegetable room (too cold), (2) Wet product is not stored up high only to drip onto other products, and so forth.

    Qualifications:
    1. 2 - 5 years of related experience in warehousing, receiving, food manufacturing, or materials management in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years of supervisory experience.

    The job will be 90% inspection of small plastic medical parts.     Ø      Answer incoming calls from customers and direct them to the appropriate people/department as needed.

    Ø      Being very detailed on what is happening to a specific invoice, lease, sale, freight, personal property tax that is not getting paid.

    Ø      Following up internally with various departments within Forsythe to ensure paperwork is put through to get receivables off the aging.

    Ø      Provides assistance and additional support to sales representatives.

    Ø      Prepare manual invoices or credits, as needed.

    Ø      Prepare default letters.

    Ø      Provide vendors with credit references.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  A high school degree and a strong math aptitude along with an accounting background are preferred.  1-2 years of collections or related experience.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS  High interpersonal skills, and verbal, written communication skills necessary to effectively interact with customers and all levels of personnel.
