5. Label and package final products. Deliver locally when necessary, product assemblies and kits to customers.
6. Red line engineering drawings and error discovered.
7. Ensure efficiency, safety and cleanliness of the production area.

    Primary Responsibilities
    As a Pack Supervisor, you will oversee the flow of pack fulfillment operations. This position supervises a large team of 30-50 hourly staff members, as well as 4-6 hourly shift leads.     Responsibilities:
    • Maintain Plant Equipment by washing and rinsing reactors, regulated and shutdown and equipment.
    • Perform installation and maintenance of industrial machinery, make preliminary diagnoses to various types of pumps, electric motors, valves, gauges, and fans.
    • Perform task such as cleaning, production set-up, take downs, reporting spills, dangerous conditions, and chemical storage.

    • Be able to reliable take samples and perform basic analysis (PH, Density, titrations)
    • Monitor plant to ensure efficient production
    • Develop expertise in the Calera process and be able to recognize deviations and work to remedy variation.

    Requirements:
    • Associates Degree, or equivalent, fabrications, industrial operations, electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation and controls
    • 4+ years experience in an industrial setting (construction, operations, manufacturing, ect)
    • Working safely, complying with environmental, health and safety standards.
    • Experience with construction tools, rigging, calibration techniques, and NDI (Non-Destructive Inspections)

    $10.50

    Medical device company in Lodi, CA needs a highly motivated, dependable individual to work as a Machine Operator on the manufacturing floor.

    The job will be 90% inspection of small plastic medical parts. You will use a magnifying glass and a light to inspect small parts for nicks, cracks, bubbles, dirt, etc. This involves standing or sitting in one spot for long periods of time using your eyes and hands. This is fast-paced, yet it requires high attention to detail. You will be required to meet a quota every hour. *People with eyesight issues or migraine issues have expressed having trouble doing this job.

    Another 10% of the job will be machine operating. This involves working with injection molding machines to load and unload the parts. You will use a touch screen computer on the machine to enter in parameters that tell the machine what to do. You will have 15 seconds to put plastic parts into the machine and take them out when the machine tells you to. This job is more fast-paced and requires standing on your feet and using your hands.

    Both job duties require heavy documentation. You will be trained on how to input numbers and data onto a paper log and an iPad every hour. Must have good computer skills.]]>

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  

    Ø      Correspond via phone and in writing with customers and  Company personnel to resolve delinquencies.

    Ø      Research as needed to resolve delinquencies and customer disputes. 

    Ø      Research and resolve any billing/cash discrepancies.

    Ø      Obtain sales tax exemptions, resale certificates and copies of direct pay permits from customers claiming tax exemption.

    Ø      Document collection/customer service efforts on an account in an accurate, detailed and timely manner.

    Ø      As needed, assist cash applications area with proper payment posting of customer payments.

    Ø      Looking into short pays, pulling paperwork, payment screen, payment history books, and billed books. Again this may require going into some of our storage areas.

    Ø      Notify management of customer bankruptcy, declining credit, re-financing, or cash flow issues.

    Ø      Call customers regarding past due invoices.

    Ø      Answer incoming calls from customers and direct them to the appropriate people/department as needed.

    Ø      Being very detailed on what is happening to a specific invoice, lease, sale, freight, personal property tax that is not getting paid.

    Ø      Following up internally with various departments within Forsythe to ensure paperwork is put through to get receivables off the aging.

    Ø      Provides assistance and additional support to sales representatives.

    Ø      Prepare manual invoices or credits, as needed.

    Ø      Prepare default letters.

    Ø      Provide vendors with credit references.
