Job Title: ERP Production Support Analyst
Type of Role: Contract
Expected Length of Contract: 4 Weeks
Shift / Hours: AM and PM (Variable)
Location: Watsonville, CA
Hourly Range: $20.00-$24.00 (Depending on experience)
The ERP Production Support Coordinator provides daily support, troubleshooting, and training for production employees interacting with the Famous ERP system workstations. This role ensures accurate data entry, resolves user and system issues promptly, and facilitates effective use of the ERP system to drive operational efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of support for production floor employees using Famous ERP workstations.
- Troubleshoot system issues, user errors, and data entry problems in real time.
- Train production staff on proper use of Famous ERP functions and workflows.
- Document and escalate complex technical issues to the IT or ERP system administrator as needed.
- Monitor system usage for accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to identify process improvements within ERP workflows.
- Assist with testing and implementation of ERP updates or configuration changes.
- Maintain training materials, user guides, and standard work instructions for ERP processes.
- Perform daily walkthroughs of production areas to proactively identify user challenges.
- Support other tasks as assigned related to ERP optimization and operational support.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively train and communicate with production staff.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or food processing operations.
- Comfortable with computer systems, data entry, and navigating ERP software.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Minimum 1 year experience in production or manufacturing
- Knowledge of Famous ERP or other ERP system preferred
