Job Title: GA Admin – Korean Bilingual MUST
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift / Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Lunch 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM
Location: Taylor, TX
Salary Range: Competitive, Based on Experience


About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized GA (General Affairs) Admin to support the administrative, commercial, financial, and logistical needs of a large-scale industrial construction project site. This position plays a key role in managing office operations, employee accommodations, vehicle logistics, catering services, and vendor coordination at the Samsung E&A project in Taylor, TX.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily general affairs operations and handle on-site and off-site errands.

  • Coordinate VIP arrangements and facilitate interdepartmental meetings and communication.

  • Compile and deliver reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee purchasing, leasing, and management of semi-permanent assets.

  • Manage routine procurement and inventory of office and project-related supplies.

  • Oversee vendor relationships, invoice verification, and utility payments.

  • Coordinate employee and expatriate transportation and accommodation logistics.

  • Monitor office supply usage and stay within budget constraints.

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Field Administration Manager.

  • Organize office events, renovations, and recycling initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

  • Assist with site HR-related duties as needed.

  • Perform other administrative responsibilities as assigned.


Skills and Experience:

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, office administration, legal affairs, or HR.

  • Proficiency in both English and Korean (speaking, reading, writing).

  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage time-sensitive tasks.

  • Skilled in managing equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate motor vehicles.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage physical tasks as required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Dependable attendance and a positive, constructive work attitude.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.


Desirable / Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in large-scale industrial construction projects ($50M+).

  • Familiarity with U.S. construction site operations and accounting workflows.

  • Understanding of Korean corporate culture and multinational project settings.

  • Experience in general affairs operations such as housing, transportation, and logistics.

  • International or multicultural experience is a plus.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute to and from the field office in Taylor, TX.

  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed for project demands.
