Job Title: Legal Secretary 

Type of Role: (Contract)

Expected Length of Contract: (3-4 months)

Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm 

Location: Salinas, CA 93901

Hourly Range: $22/Hour

Description:

The general job duties would consist of entering law enforcement referrals into our case management system, processing cases to court, preparing the arraignment calendar and various other tasks as assigned. This position is fast paced, detailed oriented and deadline driven. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm in stressful situations and carry out verbal and/or written directions. Candidate would encounter confidential and sensitive information and would need to handle such information with confidentiality and professionalism. Training on the above duties will be provided to the selected candidate.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
