Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Tracy, CA (Onsite)
Type: Temp to Hire

Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Schedule:
First 30 days of training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
After training: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Bilingual preferred but not required

The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Tracy, CA, working closely with leadership and operations to ensure HR policies, compliance, and employee support are handled accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
Assist with employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
Support payroll, attendance tracking, and leave administration
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws
Coach supervisors on HR policies and workplace best practices
Support employee lifecycle actions including hiring, corrective action, promotions, and terminations

Qualifications
2–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
Experience supporting hourly, frontline employees preferred
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Manufacturing or similar environment experience is a plus
Ability to work onsite in a hands-on HR role
