Testing Supervisor

Location: East Side of El Paso, 79936

Position Summary

The Testing Supervisor plays a key role in supporting hyperscale manufacturing operations for cloud and AI infrastructure. This position leads a team of Manufacturing Test Engineers and is responsible for the execution, stability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test processes across complex hardware platforms.

The Supervisor ensures test strategies are implemented effectively on the production floor and that quality, yield, and delivery goals are consistently met during both NPI and high?volume production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Manufacturing Test Engineers across module, server, rack, and cluster test stages.
• Manage day?to?day execution, stability, and performance of manufacturing test processes.
• Ensure test coverage, procedures, and configurations meet established quality requirements.
• Drive yield improvements, failure analysis, and structured root?cause investigations.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, and Customer Engineering teams to resolve issues and support production ramps.
• Support the deployment and sustainment of automated and semi?automated test systems.
• Oversee firmware updates, configuration validation, and system verification.
• Support system-level stress testing, burn?in procedures, and customer?required test flows.
• Monitor and improve test cycle time, throughput, and resource utilization.
• Enforce discipline, ESD compliance, and safety standards across operations.
• Train, coach, and support the development of Manufacturing Test Engineers.
• Support new product introductions and the transfer from development to mass production.

Additional Responsibilities

• Consistently meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Maintain organized work processes and uphold quality control expectations.
• Assist with staffing, shift coverage, and escalation management to ensure test continuity.
• Provide customer service support related to problem?solving and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing test or production engineering environments.
• Prior leadership experience overseeing technical teams.
• Strong hands?on knowledge of server and system-level testing.
• Experience with BIOS, firmware, BMC, system configuration, and diagnostics.
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs including yield and reliability.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective actions in production environments.
• Ability to balance complex technical problem?solving with strong people?leadership skills.
• Effective cross?functional communication abilities.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in hyperscale server or data?center manufacturing.
• Exposure to automation, test frameworks, or factory test software.
• Familiarity with statistical quality methods (SPC, Pareto, trend analysis).
• Experience supporting NPI and high?volume production ramps.

Region/Country Specific Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Must provide current residence address and a valid driver’s license.
• English–Spanish fluency preferred.
