Job Title: QA Inspector
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $13.50 per hour
Location: Socorro, TX

Position Summary

The QA Inspector ensures all incoming and outgoing products and materials meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.

• Verify shipment integrity, documentation, and on-time delivery.

• Remove nonconforming materials and report quality issues.

• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and help train staff on quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of related experience or equivalent.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

• Ability to perform basic math and communicate clearly.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Additional Information

• Reports to the Quality Supervisor and may assist other departments.

• Work involves repetitive motion in a moderate-noise environment.

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
