Balance staffing is seeking Entry to Mid level SMT Quality Inspectors to support a client located in Milpitas, CA. Client is a computer systems design company. We are looking for motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation and deviation implementation
• Responsible for FA inspection process
• Responsible for scanning into the DGS system

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
• Must have experience in feeder verification, component ID, verification of polarity, solder joint inspection, missing parts, part value verification using digital meter, etc.
• AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) experience is a plus
• Experience using micrometers (DMM), microscopes and optical test equipment
• Knowledge of IPC-610 criteria
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Organizational skills and attention details

Additional Information: 

• Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screenings. I.e. background check, drug screening, physical and/or employment verification as required, etc. 

Job Location:  

• Milpitas, CA 

Shifts Available: 

• 1st-Day: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm

• OT as needed

Job Types:

• Full-Time, Contract 

Pay: 

• $23.00/hr.
