The Role
We are seeking a tenacious and passionate On Site Coordinator to support our contingent workforce in El Paso, TX with onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and other HR-related items. You will be the 'face' of Balance on site and the go-to for items related to employee needs. We specialize in Skilled Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Call Center, Administrative positions across the US.

Your Role
You will:
- Support the onboarding process (New Hire Orientation, employee files, etc.)
- Provide highest levels of customer service to diverse workforce throughout all levels of the organization

Partner with the recruiters to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate experience throughout the onboarding lifecycle

Ensure ATS is updated and employee profiles are accurate at all times

Double check that entries in the system follow expectations and standards

Complete the new hire process for all Job Orders are entered into all appropriate programs and systems

Audit the system to ensure the new hire process is completed accurately (background processed, direct deposit set-up, etc.)

Cross train and learn all administrative functions to become familiar and assist as needed
- Maintain data integrity across all sources of employee information
- Follow up on basic payroll and time off queries, questions, and disputes
- Other tasks as needed
Your Pay
$15-$19ph depending on experience
Your Experience
Preferred experience and skills will include:
- 2+ years' experience in an HR Coordinator position; ideally in a high-volume manufacturing or light industrial staffing environment (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Passion for helping others and problem solving with tact; this will be a part of who you are at your core!
- Strong values of agility, tenacity, passion, and authenticity
- Computer skills — ideally Microsoft Office suite, Google suite
- Experience with an ATS
- Growth mindset
- Strong relationship building skills
