We are seeking to hire Electronic Mechanical Assemblers to support our client in Salt Lake City, UT. Our client is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest-growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market.

Job Description: 

Mechanical Assembly of the final system builds installing circuit cards into systems. 

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.  

• Hand soldering components and cables to PCBA.  

• Touch-up and repair/rework.  

• Use of power screwdrivers and other hand tools such as Torque Screwdrivers, Wire Strippers, Solder Stations, Pliers and Wrenches.  

• Read and interpret procedures and documentation.  

• Lifting and moving boxes within the production area.   

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2-4 years assembly experience in a manufacturing environment  

• High School Diploma or equivalent  

• Ability to read and understand Sanmina’s assembly instructions process documents.  

• Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.  

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment  

• Lifting of 25 lbs. or more several times a day  

• Must be available to work overtime as needed. 

Additional Information: 

• This is an ITAR facility, and the applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.   

• Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screenings. I.e., background check, drug screening, physical and/or employment verification as required, etc. 

Job Location: 

• Salt Lake City, UT

Shifts Available: 

• 1st – Day: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Overtime weekdays & weekends as needed  

Job Types:  

• Full-time, Contract-Hire

Pay:  

• $18.00-$21.00 DOE
