Our Specialties
We are seeking a strategic and passionate Recruiter to work with our team in San Antonio, TX to recruit for general labor and skilled manufacturing positions. Think: Assemblers, Material Handlers, Machine Operators, Forklift Drivers, and more.

Your Role
As a Recruiter, you will:
- Attract and build relationships with candidates in the skilled manufacturing space
- Have a warm, relationship-oriented philosophy as it relates to recruitment
- Maintain a strong track record of growing accounts
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- Utilize various traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods to reach hard to find talent
- Have fun!
Your Pay
Base: $20ph – $21ph
Your Experience
Lastly, as Recruiter, your experience and skills will include:
- 1+ years' experience in HR/recruitment; specifically, in manufacturing and light industrial staffing (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Passion for recruitment and connecting people to great opportunities; this will be a part of who you are at your core!
- Strong values of agility, tenacity, passion, and authenticity
- Computer skills — ideally Microsoft Office suite, Google suite
- Experience with an ATS
- Tenacious, hardworking attitude — you will have opportunity for overtime in this position
- Growth mindset
- Strong relationship building skills
This is 100% in person, M-F. In addition, there is a strong likelihood for overtime in this role — 10, 20 hours a week.
