Electrical Engineer – Signal Integrity

JOB PURPOSE

Electrical Engineer with experience in the design and implementation of super-speed USB and Ethernet communication devices capable of 10+ Gbps data
rates.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The successful candidate should be competent with USB 3.1 Gen 2 communications, 10GBASE-T Ethernet electrical circuit design, and super-speed USB and Ethernet custom cable design. In addition,
the candidate should be experienced with hands-on bench testing high-speed USB and Ethernet systems, including the use of oscilloscopes, Time Domain Reflectometers (TDRs), and Vector Network
Analyzers, probe fixtures, as well as the creation and interpretation of eye diagrams of the system for compliance with IEEE standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A BS in Electrical Engineering is required from an ABET-accredited university (MS in Electrical Engineering is preferred), along with 5+ years' experience in high-speed data communication. Circuit/cable design and signal integrity testing.

$57.00- $ 67.00
