Overview: We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver. This role combines responsibilities in both warehouse operations and transportation to ensure efficient handling of goods and timely delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically capable, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.


  1. Warehouse Operations:

    • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against invoices or other documents.
    • Unload, unpack, and properly store items in designated locations within the warehouse.
    • Ensure accurate labeling, tagging, and inventory of products.
    • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to orders.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
    • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
    • Assist in other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.
  2. Delivery Duties:

    • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers’ locations.
    • Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items.
    • Verify delivery instructions and addresses, and obtain necessary signatures and documentation upon delivery.
    • Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or other issues.
    • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and cleanliness checks, and report any mechanical issues to management.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating delivery vehicles.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations and delivery driving preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely (up to 50 pounds or more).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures.
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes is a plus.
