We are seeking to hire Assembly Technicians to support our client in San Jose, CA. Our client is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider serving the fastest-growing segments of the global Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market.

JOB PURPOSE:

Assemble parts using a variety of tools and/or equipment according to required specifications, processes, and procedures in a Clean Room Environment.
JOB DUTIES:
This position will require experience in the following areas:
- Perform epoxy and die eutectic attachment
- Perform epoxy and substrate eutectic attachment.
- Perform ribbon and wire bonding processes on a variety of machines
- Perform mechanical assembly utilizing hand tools and equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of assembly experience working under a microscope
- Read, understand and interpret drawing specifications and follow established procedures to assemble products.
- Working under a microscope to assemble microelectronics in a clean room environment
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This is an ITAR facility, and the applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
Must successfully complete all applicable pre-employment screenings. I.e. background check, drug screening, physical and/or employment verification as required, etc.
JOB LOCATION:
- San Jose, CA.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- 1st Day – 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Overtime & Saturdays, as needed
PAY:
- $24.00-$31.25/hr. (DOE)
