Job Title: Full Stack Technical Lead
Type of Role: Contract
Expected Length of Contract: Long Term, multiyear, on 6-month renewals
Location: Fountain Valley, CA – 2 days per week onsite required

We are seeking a talented, customer centric Full Stack Application Technical Lead who is passionate about continuous innovation to support a portfolio of applications focused on safety. Having at least 15 years of demonstrable full stack development experience in React JS and Node JS together with working knowledge of Oracle, ETL tools, version control, microservices would be key for individual’ success in a fast paced / agile environment. In this Technical Lead role, you should bring your A-game to provide day-to-day coaching and leadership to application project / ops teams, and support design development – solutioning of the sophisticated application components.  In addition to core technical skills, individuals should have strong verbal / written communication skills, be curious, open minded and have an eye for both detail and quality. You should be a natural team player and willing to do whatever it takes to support user adoption.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Define the system architecture for integration across diverse system domains across Business process domains and technical domains.
• Work hands on and assist the development team in building the application, integration and reporting solutions and resolving complex issues.
•  Establish the development standard and the release management processes.
• Design data entities and support the development of protocols across various systems to support integration needs.
• Devise the testing approach and test script development for System integration testing, data testing and reports testing.
• Review deliverables of team to verify that they meet client and contract expectations; Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
•  Coordinate the analysis and design sessions and define the application design, data design, integration and reports design and translating to technical design for successful implementation of React based applications
• Responsible for managing and ensuring project deliverables with respect to quality and timelines.
• Manage effective communication and coordination with all team to ensure to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Serving as subject matter expert for Integration protocols across diverse system domains.
• Experiencing in infrastructure requirements/capacity assessment
• Developing proof of concept with emerging technologies.
• Evaluating various technologies and choosing the opted stack for the given project requirements.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of technology project implementation experience
• 10+ years of Architect experience
• 10+ years demonstrated team/project leadership experience in solution architect, technical lead, or similar roles.
• 10+ years of experience in Java reactive programing like React, Node, SQL
• 5+ years of experience in micro services framework and development.
• Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus architecture and its applicability across diverse integration concepts such as caching, Pub- Sub architecture, OAUTH and JWT
• Applications based on Oracle/JAVA and SQL Server, LINUX.
• Understanding of integration concepts such as Service Oriented Architecture and integrating to BPEL/ Webmethod / Informatica environments
• Experience implementing large scale, complex, integration related projects that are data intensive.
• Experience in testing and performance tuning to resolve any challenges with UX response time
• Strong communication: customer relationship, organizational and follow through skills; excellent presentation skills technical documentation and positive attitude.
