Job Title: Machine Operator

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays)

Location: Cibolo, TX

Hourly Range: $16-$18 depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Flexo Folder Glue and Rotary Die Cutter machines, with a focus on corrugated boxes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Availability to work a second shift in the future is preferred but not immediately required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Flexo Folder Glue and Rotary Die Cutter machines.
• Ensure quality production of corrugated boxes by monitoring and adjusting machine settings.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with Flexo Folder Glue and Rotary Die Cutter machines.
• Experience with corrugated box production is essential.
• No experience with MT (Maintenance Technician) required.
• Willingness and availability to work a second shift if required in the future.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
