Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: 8-5 or Flexible depending on needs
Location: Cibolo, TX
Hourly Range: $18
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a strong background in data entry and handling purchase orders (POs). This role requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and transactions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter and process data, including purchase orders (POs), into our system.
- Locate and track purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any order discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Proven experience in data entry and handling purchase orders (POs).
- Reliable with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak English fluently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
