Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize logistics operations to meet customer needs
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and shipments
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
Analyze data to improve supply chain efficiency
Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Monitor profit loss statements related to logistics operations
Implement and maintain e-commerce logistics strategies
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers
Skills
Proficiency in logistics principles and practices
Strong SQL skills for data analysis
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software
Knowledge of inventory management techniques
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
Ability to conduct data analysis to drive logistics improvements
Understanding of e-commerce logistics operations

Temp to Hire
Pay Range:
$55,636.00 – $70,000.00 Annually
Location:
Morgan Hill, CA
Schedule:
Monday – Friday / Saturdays and OT as needed
8am – 5pm as needed depending on business needs
