Electrical Assembler 
Type of Role: Temp to Hire 
Location: Kenosha WI 
Pay Rate: $17 plus 4% shift differential 

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assemblers to join our clients growing Electronics Assembly department. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instruction and/or drawings.
• Setup Switchgear parts like (Contactors, Circuit breakers, etc.)
• Point to point wiring per work instructions, diagram schematics, etc., Short/continuity test, Hipot test
• Read, interpret, understand and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.
• Test assembled parts to ensure functionality.
• Assist assemblers in performing assembly tasks.
• Inspect parameters on checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:  

• High School Diploma or GED
• Min 2 years’ experience in the switchgear manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Works Consistently under safety regulations
• Lift demand: Lift up to 60lb on an occasional basis
• Proficient in Google suite, MS Office or equivalent

Shift and Schedule:
Onsite

2ND SHIFT

• Train for 4 weeks on first shift before moving to 2nd Shift
• Monday – Thursday: 3:30pm – 2:00am
• Friday: 3:30pm – 12:00am
• Overtime – Saturday: 1:30pm – 7:30p
