Job Title: BGA Rework Assembler
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Expected Length of Contract: 6 months or longer
Shift / Hours:     Monday – Friday
                                7:00am – 3:30pm
                               
Location: San Jose, CA
Hourly Range: $19.00 – $22.00/hr. (DOE)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
• Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Skills & Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 + years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub-assemblies & system integration
• Must be able to read and understanding the color code and components ID.
• Ability to work under a microscope when required.
• Manual dexterity skills.
• Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
• Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
• Be able to work during the weekend & flexibility if need.
