Job Title: Picking and Inventory Assistant
Type of Role: Contract
Expected Length of Contract: January 15, 2025
Shift / Hours: 6:00am- 2:30pm
Location: Morgan Hill, CA
Hourly Range: $18.00
For the Picking and Inventory Assistant, the manager is looking for someone to have some experience and or willing to learn, attention to detail, follow direction, be a quick learner and work with minimum supervision.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
- Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, or power tools.
Skills and Experience:
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Inventory, Packaging, and Picking experience is a must
- Attention to detail
- Quick Learners
- Able to follow directions and work with minimum supervision
