Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Main Technician
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift / Hours: Mon- Wed 5pm-5:30am
Location: Manchester , New Hampshire
Salary: $60,000-$80,0000
Job Purpose:
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Nature of Duties:
- Troubleshoots, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
- Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform diagnostics.
- Rebuilds/Service manufacturing equipment as required.
- May perform equipment modifications as directed by Manufacturing Engineers.
- Identify spare parts, tools or materials needed to maintain equipment.
- Perform Regular Preventative Maintenance.
Education and Experience:
- 2 year Technical Degree.
- 2 – 4 years minimum of SMT Machine Operation and Repair.
- Knowledge of Fuji equipment is plus.
- Knowledge of Automation with some knowledge of PLCs and its operation.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience decreasing downtime and yields improvements.
