Job Title: Technician

Location: Carrollton, Texas

Role and Responsibilities:

The Production Technician will work in Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC)® to process and clean semiconductor tool chamber parts by eliminating micro-contamination. This role involves working with various machines, processes, and chemicals in cleanroom or chemical processing environments while adhering to strict safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing chemical and manual cleaning processes.
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Lean manufacturing practices.
  • Handling hazardous chemicals safely using appropriate PPE.
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Participating in safety programs and completing required training.
  • Seeking opportunities to learn new processes and advance skills.

Technicians may achieve progressive levels (I-IV) based on certifications, adherence to core values, and meeting competency requirements.


Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in repetitive tasks and fast turnaround in production processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen principles and SPC data logging is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or parts cleaning industries preferred.
