Job Title: Quality control Systems Coordinator

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift / Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: San Antonio, Tx

Salary Range: $25 hourly rate, OT may be available

Coordinates functions associated with quality control systems, processes, and procedures

(Minimal travel required, less than 25%)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain company training records
• Coordinate and maintain internal audit schedule
• Maintain all customer quality documents (SQAM, TRSTM, IS’s etc.)
• Gauge Calibration: Hand Gauges, scales, surface plates & CMM calibration
• Maintain and manage the Aluminum Re-Test and Feed Forward process
• Coordinate and maintain all company documents, inspection standards, work instructions, quality alerts etc
• Maintain quality App Sheet Process. Revise and or create inspection/packaging standards

Skills and Experience:

• Attention to detail
• Customer Service
• Intermediate level in excel, word and outlook
• 4 years of college or equivalent experience and/or training
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and juggle multiple tasks at times
• Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, quality manuals, operational procedures, and work instructions
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, suppliers, or employees of the organization
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
• Ability to use a key calculator, perform data entry, and use various personal software
