Job Title: Finance Associate

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift / Hours: 7am- 5pm

Location: Taylor, TX

Salary Range: 62K 

About the Job:

The Accounting Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and ensuring the success of ongoing projects. This position involves managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with key accounting tasks to support compliance and operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage payments for vendors and maintain updated vendor records.
• Process daily and weekly accounts payable transactions accurately.
• Collaborate on project expense analysis and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Maintain detailed financial records for audits and tax purposes.
• Assist in month, quarter, and year-end close processes.
• Handle receipt processing for key personnel and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (reading and writing).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
