Job Title: Project Controller (Bilingual)

Type of Role: Direct Hire

Shift / Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Taylor, TX

Salary Range: $60,000

About the Job:

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Controller to join a dynamic team in Taylor, TX. In this role, you will support project management activities by managing budgets, schedules, and reports, while also providing bilingual (Korean/English) translation support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaboration across diverse teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-orders, including RFP writing, bidding, subcontractor selection, contracts, and settlements.
• Attend project meetings, provide translation/interpretation, and follow up on business matters.
• Record meeting minutes, daily activity logs, and agendas.
• Research project-related information, such as contractor details and industry news.
• Coordinate meetings and communication with external parties.
• Organize, translate, and manage documents, including reports and system uploads.
• Oversee project budgets, including execution balance, changes, and performance monitoring.
• Utilize SAP and internal systems for budget and organizational management.
• Plan, control, and analyze project schedules and progress.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports, review subcontractor schedules, and analyze claims.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project or office environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (native-level reading and writing).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Query) and familiarity with programs like Trimble, Procore, and SAP.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Proactive, analytical, and capable of problem-solving.
