Job Title: Plant Manager
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift / Hours: Mon – Fri (8am – 5pm)
Location: San Antonio, TX
Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control labor for all team members and maintenance
- Assist in scheduling needs for the employees
- Handle employee and safety issues within a timely manner
- Manage a team of 70 – 100 employees
Skills and Experience:
- 10 years of experience in a management setting
- Experience in automotive industries
- Knowledge in financing and budgeting
