Rotating 12-hours shifts, including overnights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Location:
Bellingham, WA
Hourly Range:
$33.00 – $40.00/hour (depending on experience)
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will support production by performing preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role ideal for a seasoned professional with strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
Role and Responsibilities:

Perform unplanned and scheduled maintenance on production and facility equipment using CMMS

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems including PLCs, drives, HMIs, and safety systems

Install, modify, and relocate equipment to meet production needs

Perform electrical wiring, panel assembly, and power supply line installation in compliance with codes and regulations

Collaborate across departments to support production goals and maintain safe working conditions

Maintain accurate records and recommend improvements to maintenance processes

Support inventory management for spare parts

Uphold safety and housekeeping standards at all times
Skills and Experience:
-
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex systems

Experience with electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic components, PLCs, AC/DC drives, and motion control systems

Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams

Skilled in using hand tools, lathes, mills, and testing equipment

Familiar with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Forklift and/or scissor lift certification or experience preferred
