Job Title:
Maintenance Technician III

Shift / Hours:
Rotating 12-hours shifts, including overnights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Location:
Bellingham, WA

Hourly Range:
$33.00 – $40.00/hour (depending on experience)

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will support production by performing preventative maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role ideal for a seasoned professional with strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform unplanned and scheduled maintenance on production and facility equipment using CMMS

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems including PLCs, drives, HMIs, and safety systems

• Install, modify, and relocate equipment to meet production needs

• Perform electrical wiring, panel assembly, and power supply line installation in compliance with codes and regulations

• Collaborate across departments to support production goals and maintain safe working conditions

• Maintain accurate records and recommend improvements to maintenance processes

• Support inventory management for spare parts

• Uphold safety and housekeeping standards at all times

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex systems

• Experience with electrical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic components, PLCs, AC/DC drives, and motion control systems

• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams

• Skilled in using hand tools, lathes, mills, and testing equipment

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• Forklift and/or scissor lift certification or experience preferred
