Job Title: Machine Operator

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: 6pm-6am

Location: Selma, Tx

Hourly Range: $18-$20

Role and Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to assist in moving product around warehouse
• Run up to 6 machines
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Inspect machines before and during operation, ensuring all parts are functioning properly to prevent downtime
• Operate depal machine equipment to efficiently and accurately depalletize products

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items as required
• Must speak, read and write in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Must have forklift experience
• Previous experience in machine operation and in a food manufacturing environment
• Must be comfortable and willing to learn 6 machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
