Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Availability for Overtime)

About the Job:

We are seeking a Stager to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role is crucial in preparing and organizing orders after doors and frames have been welded and assembled. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, works directly with customers during pickups, and ensures all equipment is properly staged. This position requires forklift and pallet jack experience as materials can be heavy.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and stage orders, ensuring all necessary equipment is assembled and ready for pickup.
• Work directly with customers to facilitate smooth pickups and order fulfillment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials safely.
• Organize materials, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and orderly loading area.
• Scan barcodes and upload order pictures into the system for accurate tracking.
• Assist with packing and preparing shipments for delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Forklift experience required (certification will be provided, but prior experience is a must).
• Experience using pallet jacks to transport heavy equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in staging and tracking orders.
• People-oriented mindset – must be comfortable interacting with customers.
• Reliable, hardworking, and always available – no drama, just results.
