Job Title: Machine Operator

Type of Role:  Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: 4pm-3am
Mon-Thur (Friday)

Location: Selma, Tx

Hourly Range: $20-22

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control checks
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs, including film rolls or boxes
• Assign tasks to line workers and manage daily duties
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the production line
• Ensure the production line remains clean and organized
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and line workers
• Proficient in using hand tools and control panels to adjust settings

Skills and Experience:

• Computer skills
• Must be bilingual
• Quality check experience
• Good communication skills
• Food manufacturing exp is a plus
• 2 years of Machine operating experience
