Job Title: Wave Solder Machine Operator
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: 1st 
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Hourly Range: $18

Job Purpose:
Assemble electronic circuit boards while ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Hand soldering for initial builds, touch-ups, and repairs
• Set up and operate Wave Solder Machine
• Inspect and repair defects after wave soldering
• Build and run pallets/fixtures, remove masking
• Work across various production areas
• Maintain quality control and follow safety protocols
• Overtime required

Requirements:

• Solder certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good attendance record
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, lifting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
