Job Title: Processing Operator
Type of Role: Direct Hire
Shift / Hours: 6pm-6am on a 2/2/3 rotation
Location: Salt Lake City

What You’ll Do:
- Mix & Measure: Accurately prepare ingredients to meet production standards.
- Operate Equipment: Safely run, clean, and maintain machinery.
- Ensure Quality: Follow strict food safety and GMP guidelines.
- Material Management: Handle bulk ingredients and complete batching documentation.
- Collaborate: Work effectively as part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and basic machinery operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both cold and warm environments.
- Detail-oriented team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
