Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Tacoma, WA
Job Type: Full-time/Temporary

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift – Monday to Friday – 7am – 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday – 4pm – 12:30am

About the Role:
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our new Tacoma location. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with prior warehouse experience who are ready for full-time employment. If you’re organized, hard-working, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently unload containers and load outbound trailers
• Accurately pick and pack warehouse orders
• Assembly of products
• Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory movements
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
• Secure freight using appropriate materials (e.g., pallets, straps)
• Safely walk, reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as needed
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

Please Note: This role does not require lifting items over 40 lbs.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• 6 Months+ of warehouse experience
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be reliable and punctual — good attendance is critical
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
