Job Title:
Production Operator II

Type of Role:
Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours:
Pitman Schedule, 12 hours shifts: 6 pm to 6 am

Location:
Burlington, WA

Hourly Range:
$21.00/hour

About the Job:
Join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing team where you will play a hands-on role in producing high-quality components. As a Production Operator II, you will operate machinery, assemble and test parts, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines according to Standard Work Instructions

• Assemble and test components for compliance with specifications

• Clean and prepare workstations and equipment

• Perform electrical and continuity testing of components

• Identify and label acceptable and defective products

• Maintain compliance with policies and safety procedures

• Collaborate with team members and complete other tasks as directed

Skills and Experience:

• 1–2 years of production experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and color recognition

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate computer literacy

• Ability to read and follow instructions in English

• Soldering experience is a plus

• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs (or team lifting up to 60 lbs)

• Able to stand and walk for long periods
