Job Title: Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA)
Type of Role: Temp-to-Hire
Expected Length of Contract: Approximately 60 days before potential conversion or transition to other roles
Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Hourly Rate: $23.50/hour

We’re seeking experienced Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) associates to join our team! This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining quality standards, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness. Position Details:
• Start Date: 04/28/2025
• Language Requirement: English
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Conversion Requirement: 300 hours worked before consideration for permanent hire
• Assignment Duration: Roughly 60-day assignment before transitioning into other roles
• Overtime: Flexible depending on business needs
• Pay: $23.50/hour
Experience Required:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Cherry picker operation experience
• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications
• Ability to wear appropriate PPE in accordance with safety guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions
• Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Solid math skills including fractions, decimals, percentages, and graph interpretation
• Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systems)
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
• Strong organizational skills and compliance with training requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure audit preparedness and compliance with quality requirements
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes
• Maintain records and written procedures for quality systems
• Troubleshoot case issues and support cycle count integrity
• Maintain and update training matrix for associates
• Report safety non-conformance and enforce GMP and safety rules
• Review and update SOPs as required
• Communicate corrective actions to associates and maintain audit documentation
• Assist in achieving inventory accuracy for all DC5 accounts
• Other duties as assigned
