Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Type of Role: Temporary/Seasonal Direct Hire – Ending December 8th 2025

Expected Length of Contract: 1 – 3 months

Shift / Hours: Sift will be within these hours of operation – Monday – Saturday, 7am CST – 9pm CST, overtime presented based on business needs

Location: Work from Home – no Travel allowed [**excluding the following resident states: AK, CA, DE, HI, LA, NC, SD, OR, WA,, NV, WY, IN, OH, GA, WV, NY, District of Columbia]

Hourly Range: $19 – $22

This role is a fast-paced and rewarding job assisting with inbound customers seeking to sign up for new life and/or health insurance policies, or upgrade current policies. Active listening, empathy, and upselling are all effective skillsets for a successful season.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Answering a high amount of inbound calls from new and current clients – selling Medicare products through the specified carrier during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
• Assisting customers with selecting a plan
• Answering customer questions
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of payments
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell if required
• Keeping records confidential

Skills and Experience:

• Active “Health Insurance License” (Must have resident license in the state you are currently living in)
• AEP Experience and Sales experience preferred
• Ability to work full time. (48 hours a week, 5~6 days a week)
• Open availability between hours of operation is required
• At least 1 year Customer service experience minimum
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Basic Computer Knowledge/Skills

  •       Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
  •       ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 30ms
