Job Title: Production Team Member

Type of Role: Contract to Hire

Shift / Hours: Must be open to both day and night shift. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Hourly Range: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (Depending on shift and experience)

About the Job:
Join a dynamic manufacturing team contributing to the production of world-class electric vehicles and powertrains. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about quality and innovation.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and machine operation.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Operate specialized tools and equipment.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to new environments.
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or military service is a plus.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
