Job Title: Production Operator (Server Assembly Operator)
Type of Role: Temp to Hire
Work Schedule: 1^st Shift

• Schedule- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Must be flexible with working overtime as neeed

Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $23.00/Hour

?? Job Purpose
Operate plating lines for precious metals in the production of printed wiring boards (PWBs).

? Key Responsibilities

• Understand and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Input job information and operating parameters using basic computer skills.
• Operate and maintain various departmental equipment.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Handle chemicals safely and make additions based on chemical analysis.
• Perform chemical bath changes, solution transfers, and tank maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and transport carts between departments.
• Work around and with chemicals safely.

? Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility requirement).

? Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in server assembly
• Server hardware components (MB, DIMM, CPU, GPU, PDB, etc.)
• Able to use torque tools, screwdrivers, ESD protection equipment
• Experience with cable routing, bracket installation, and system-level build
