Job Title: Production Operator (Server Assembly Operator)
Type of Role: Temp to Hire
Work Schedule: 1st Shift
- Schedule- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Must be flexible with working overtime as neeed
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary Range: $23.00/Hour
?? Job Purpose
Operate plating lines for precious metals in the production of printed wiring boards (PWBs).
? Key Responsibilities
- Understand and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Input job information and operating parameters using basic computer skills.
- Operate and maintain various departmental equipment.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
- Handle chemicals safely and make additions based on chemical analysis.
- Perform chemical bath changes, solution transfers, and tank maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and transport carts between departments.
- Work around and with chemicals safely.
? Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with computers.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility requirement).
? Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in server assembly
- Server hardware components (MB, DIMM, CPU, GPU, PDB, etc.)
- Able to use torque tools, screwdrivers, ESD protection equipment
- Experience with cable routing, bracket installation, and system-level build
