Job Title: Box Build Assembler
Type of Role: Temp to Hire
Work Schedule: 1st Shift
Your 1st week you will not have OT
- Schedule- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- OT if needed Tuesday – Friday: 5:00am – 3:30pm
- OT if needed – Saturday: 5:00am – 11:00am
Location: Pleasant Prarie, WI 53158
Salary Range: $18.00/Hour
Job Purpose:
Assemble Electronic Circuit Boards according to specifications while ensuring quality is maintained.
Nature of Duties:
- Perform a variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations, including wiring, component installation, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Set up and adjust assembly units, ensuring precision and adherence to blueprint specifications.
- Inspect products for quality using established criteria.
- Follow detailed, color-coded instructions to install, solder, wire, and assemble electronic components on circuit boards.
- Lift 25-30 lbs. as required and stand or move as needed during work tasks.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience is helpful but not required
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are necessary
- Overtime may be required as needed
Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
