Now Hiring: Wave Solder Machine Operator
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shift: 1st Shift + Overtime
Pay: $18/hr
Type: Short Term with the possibility of being extended

We’re looking for a Wave Solder Machine Operator to join a leading electronics manufacturer. If you have soldering experience and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit!

Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
OT Possible Tues–Fri: 5:00am–3:30pm
OT Possible Sat: 5:00am–11:00am

What You’ll Do:
Operate and maintain wave soldering equipment
Perform hand soldering for builds, touch-ups, and repairs
Inspect and fix defects post-solder
Run pallets/fixtures and remove masking
Support multiple areas in production
Follow safety and quality protocols

What You Bring:
Soldering certification required
Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
Strong attendance and work ethic
Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift
English communication skills (written & verbal)
