Job Title: Hydraulic Leak Repair Technician

Type of Role: Contract

Expected Length of Contract: 6 – 8 week contract 

Shift / Hours: 3 days during the week & Sunday (7am – 3:30pm)

Location: San Antonio TX (Southside)

Hourly Range: $24 – $27.50 an hour 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and repairing various hydraulic leaks on our IMM presses.
• Determine the parts needed to repair the leaks and coordinate with the inventory specialist to order the parts.
• Clean and preform maintenance to the area around the presses that are affected by the oil leaks.
• Applying oil absorbent material, absorbent pads and using the oil/water vac for cleaning when needed.
• Accomplish repairs that includes O-ring replacements, rebuild hydraulic cylinders and replace components such as pumps and cylinders on equipment.
• Be comfortable assisting in other equipment repairs if the business conditions warrant it.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing repairing hydraulic leaks.
