Manufacturing Manager
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: $100,000 – $123,000 per year
Schedule & Work Environment
Shifts:
-
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
-
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
-
Monday – Friday
Products: Spices, cleaning products, and container packaging
Work Environment: GMP-compliant facility (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Qualifications

2–4 years of management experience in food production or manufacturing

Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage large teams and multi-shift operations

Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, SQF, and food safety standards is preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee production operations at our Santa Rosa facility. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across two shifts. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a production team of over 100 employees across two shifts

Oversee production scheduling and workflows to ensure timely and efficient output

Maintain and improve facility certifications including Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Kosher, and SQF
-
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce workplace safety procedures

Monitor KPIs to drive efficiency, quality, and cost control

Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement

Utilize QMS, MRP, and NetSuite ERP to manage operations and maintain data accuracy

Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and minimize downtime

Maintain and manage capital asset records for financial and operational reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, sales, finance, and supply chain teams

Develop SOPs and lead staff training initiatives

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
