Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Type of Role: Contract
Expected Length of Contract: Unknown
Shift / Hours: Monday–Friday with some Saturdays (Variable AM start times)
Location: Morgan Hill, CA
Hourly Range: $19–$22 (DOE)


About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a leading manufacturing company in Morgan Hill. In this role, you will support the production team by organizing, picking, and kitting materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and helping ensure a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and move products into the inventory system and designated storage locations

  • Accurately pick products according to pick reports and prepare materials for production

  • Regularly verify and maintain inventory levels to support ongoing production

  • Organize and stock materials, eliminating empty or unnecessary locations

  • Identify and report expired products

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and respond to communication promptly

  • Utilize ERP inventory system for tracking and reporting inventory data

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, wearing PPE as required

  • Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by management

  • Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere with team members and supervisors


Skills and Experience:

  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods

  • Punctual with a strong attendance record

  • Forklift certification preferred (training available)

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Team-oriented, friendly, and dependable
