Automotive Aftermarket Installer

Location: Arden, NC | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Type: Full-Time

Balance Staffing is hiring an experienced Automotive Aftermarket Installer for a client in Arden, NC. This role involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and removing alcohol monitoring devices in vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring devices

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Train customers on product use

• Perform monthly inventory audits

• Support nearby locations as needed

• Handle data securely and comply with regulations

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year experience with 12V automotive systems

• 1+ year customer service experience

• Basic computer skills

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Ability to kneel, stand, sit, and work in tight spaces; lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment:

• Moderate noise level

• Occasional overtime

• Flexibility with changing tasks
