Automotive Aftermarket Installer
Location: Arden, NC | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Type: Full-Time
Balance Staffing is hiring an experienced Automotive Aftermarket Installer for a client in Arden, NC. This role involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and removing alcohol monitoring devices in vehicles.
Responsibilities:

Install, service, troubleshoot, and remove alcohol monitoring devices

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Train customers on product use
-
Perform monthly inventory audits
-
Support nearby locations as needed
-
Handle data securely and comply with regulations

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
1+ year experience with 12V automotive systems
-
1+ year customer service experience
-
Basic computer skills
-
Strong communication and attention to detail
-
Ability to kneel, stand, sit, and work in tight spaces; lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment:

Moderate noise level
-
Occasional overtime
-
Flexibility with changing tasks
