Job Title: Through Hole Machine Operator

Type of Role: Temp to Hire

Shift / Hours: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:00am–3:30pm
Overtime if Needed:

• Tuesday–Friday: 5:00am–3:30pm

• Saturday: 5:00am–11:00am
  (No overtime during your first week)

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Hourly Range: $18.00/hr

About the Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Through Hole Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of automated or semi-automated through-hole machinery used in the production of high-quality electronic products. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products meet strict safety, quality, and operational standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic through-hole machines used in production.

• Work from process sheets or written instructions provided by the supervisor to perform production tasks.

• Check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances.

• Follow all Safety, ESD, and Quality requirements.

• Properly handle and dispose of all waste, including hazardous waste, in compliance with applicable SOPs.

Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to lift 25–30 lbs.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Stand 8-10 hrs.
• Computer knowledge.
• Machine operator experience
• Electrical experience
• Solder expereince
